To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whoami Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whoami Technologies, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, obligation, loss, liability, cost, or debt, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
